Tip for 'Sonar or later' quest

Just a quick tip I found on the net for some users that may be stuck on the quest 'Sonar or later' : change your console language to english and restart the game.

I was stuck on this quest, with nothing visible to do (restarting the game wasn't enough).
I was playing in french, but it seems it also happen to german players
After changing the language to english and restarting the game, the sonar did spawn and I was able to destroy it.

Oh, thank you! You save my day. I play in Portuguese and have the same issue.

I play in Italian and have the issue. I'll try to change the language and let you know if it worked. Meanwhile, thanks
