How to unlock the Tip o' the Hat achievement

    Actions
    This can be done using either your fists (selected from the weapon wheel), or a regular melee weapon, such as a baseball bat or a metal pole.

    Rank 2 enemies and above can be found wearing helmets.

    When you find one, swap to your fists or melee weapon and hold the right trigger to charge the attack. Aim towards their head and release the trigger to hit them with a charged attack and knock off their helmet.

    Later in the game you will start a mission where you enter

    . The last enemy in this section is a rank 3 enemy. You can earn the achievement here with one of the melee weapons available.

    SeitzzRank 2 should count. Just got it with a Rank 2 guy, distracted by companion, just walk up and punch it off

    To unlock the Tip o' the Hat achievement in Far Cry New Dawn, you will need to find an enemy that is wearing a helmet (level 2+), select bare hands from the weapon wheel by holding LB, and then knock off their helmet using a charged melee attack by holding right trigger.

    Tapping the right trigger will not work. You must hold the right trigger for it to be a charged attack.

    RhinneThis doesn't need to be done with fists. You can do this with any melee weapon, like a baseball bat.

    wolfzero01another good spot is when you go to rescue Nick Rye, there are a couple guarding him

    CMSR MolotovI found that I couldn't get this achievement with blue (level 2) enemies, but had to do it with purple (level 3) enemies. I used Wolfzero01's suggestion and did it at the Nick Rye rescue and got it straight away.
