    In the opening part of the game as soon as you enter Fort Northreach and come into the room with the massive green crystal immediately turn right and enter the huge hole in the wall. (Looks like it’s been canonballed)
    After entering this room turn right and in front of you, you will notice blood on the floor leading towards a secret room and a switch on the left of the wall, move towards the switch and interact with it and a doorway will open and the achievement will unlock.

    Doktor ZeitDidn't have an old save, but only takes about five minutes to speed through on a new character

    Video Guide!

    The first area we will visit in Avowed is Fort Northreach. After some tutorials and climbing we will enter the fort to find mostly everyone has been killed but we want to continue forward to the room with the giant crystal. Instead of continuing forward immediately turn right where we can grab a Roasted Chicken, then look at the wall to the right to find a switch we can interact with to open the secret room. Be careful as it is very easy to miss this if we are not thorough.
